Product Description

RDS-type rotary drum sceen is a device that can continuously and effectively screen out solid suspended solids in water. Mainly used in sewage pretreatment or industrial sieving process. In some sewage treatments, the sieved sewage can remove 30% to 60% of organic or inorganic suspended solids, greatly reducing the processing load of subsequent processes. The equipment is widely used in the filtration of fine solids in food, wine, pharmaceutical, dairy products and other industries.

This machine is composed of drum, driving mechanism, unloading mechanism, recoil pipeline, sealing assembly, inspection door assembly, tank body, slag hopper, etc.

Working process: Sewage (or other raw water) flows into the drum from the front of the drum surface through the drum surface, and flows out from the lower part.

The suspended matter in the sewage stays on the rotating drum surface. With the rotation of the drum surface, the trapped dirt is sent from the water inlet end to the discharge end on the other side, and it is scooped down by the discharge mechanism.
