Vacuum dehydration system ---- It consists of vacuum irrigation, vacuum pump, condensate irrigation, air supply system. vacuum dehydration can effectively remove various states of water in the oil, and can remove air and a variety of volatile substances in the oil.

The effect of vacuum water removal is mainly related to working vacuum and oil temperature. The lower the vacuum, the higher the temperature, the better the water removal effect.

Oil temperature is generally about 60 ℃, high temperature will accelerate the oxidation of oil. For hydraulic oil, vacuum is generally 600-700Pa, it can make the water content of oil down to 30ppm or less. For transformer insulating oil, use higher vacuum, a higher degree of vacuum can be used, the water content can be reduced to 10ppm.

Heating system --- step by step heating, the surface heat load is less than 1.0W / cm², will not overheat caused oil deterioration. Oil temperature can be adjusted at 0-100 ℃, automatic control, and set one protection device, when the oil is too small , automatically stop working, and avoid burning caused damage to the heater.
